I am looking for data set containing Alzheimer affected genes and also a data set containing genes of unaffected people. My paper will predict the genes causing the disease using meta heuristic approach such variable neighborhood search along with k- nearest neighbor algorithm. From the dataset of the normal genes I wish to do a comparative study.
